  • In-person class Romsey

    Join me for a weekly in-person class, first thing on a Saturday morning, to set you up for your weekend.

    £9 per class, 4 classes for £34 (valid for 2 months)

  • 1:1 Individualised sessions

    Would you like to deepen your practice? I can offer specifically tailored individualised 1-1 sessions in person or online. We can work on specific goals you may have, with practice ideas to work on in between sessions? Please drop me a line if you would like to know more.

  • Special occasions

    Have an event or special occasion? A baby shower, wedding day nerves or a hen party? Have you considered sharing a calming affirming moment with your family and friends on your special day? It would be my pleasure to lead you and your loved ones through a mindful practice tailored to your needs. Drop me an email if you would like to plan your special session.

  • Chanting practice

    Have you always been curious about chanting in a yoga practice? Are you unsure of the words, the pronunciations? Are you nervous to try chanting in a class? Allow me to guide you through a regular chanting practice.
